If your paint looks good wet,
then it can be restored
Water temporarily reveals the colour still underneath.
We restore it permanently.
Our results
So how does it actually work?
Sun and weather wear down your clear coat, causing fading and dullness. Resurrection Serum is a hand-applied clear coat restorer that revives colour, swirls and gloss while adding protective coverage. No sanding, no machines — just simple at-home application.
With 2+ years of durability on average.
What you can expect
Restored clarity and depth on faded clear coat, trim and headlights, with improved gloss and appearance. Results vary by paint condition and maintenance, and can last up to two years.
Easy DIY application
-
Clean the surface
Wash and dry the area thoroughly. No wax, no sealants — clean paint only.
-
Apply by hand
Add a small amount to an applicator pad and spread it evenly over the faded area.
-
Watch the colour return
As it penetrates, colour and gloss are restored.
If it looks good when wet, that's how it will look cured. In-depth instructions are included with the product.
Who this is (and isn't) for
Resurrection Serum is made for clear coat that is still intact but has lost its clarity over time.
Works on- Faded, oxidised or chalky clear coat
- Swirl marks and light surface dulling
- Dull, sun-damaged paint that looks better wet
- Faded trim and cloudy headlights
- Cars being quoted for a full respray
- Deep scratches through the paint
- Panels with no clear coat left at all
It can still help mitigate the look of peeling clear coat, but it won't rebuild a layer that is already gone.
Don't let the body shop take you for thousands
$3,000 – $8,000 Typical respray quoteMost people assume a full respray is the only way to fix faded paint. That's exactly why body shops quote those numbers without hesitation.
In reality, most faded panels don't need a respray. They need proper surface restoration.
Resurrection Serum brings back clarity, depth and gloss in minutes, for a fraction of the cost. No sanding. No repainting. No weeks off the road.
Got swirls?
Swirl marks and faded clear coat make paint look tired even when the rest of the car is mint. Those fine spider-web scratches catch the light and kill the depth your paint is supposed to have.
Resurrection Serum is designed to restore clarity and gloss, not just cover it up. It brings back colour depth and shine in minutes — without machines or expensive detailing work.
If your paint looks dull in the sun, this is the fix.
You're not the only one dealing with faded paint
Many drivers notice their paint fading over time from sun exposure and oxidation. Every vehicle below had the same problem before being restored with Resurrection Serum.
We know what you're thinking
Will this work on my car?
Resurrection Serum is designed to restore faded, oxidised and chalky clear coat caused by sun damage and weathering.
If your paint looks dull, cloudy or uneven — and looks significantly better when wet — this product will bring that appearance back once applied and cured.
It is not designed to repair peeling, flaking or completely failed clear coat where the clear layer is physically missing, though it can still improve the vehicle's appearance.
If you're unsure, start with the Single Panel Kit and test one area first.
How hard is it to apply?
It's simple and requires no experience, tools or machines.
After cleaning the panel, Resurrection Serum is applied by hand, spread evenly and left to cure. There's no sanding, polishing or repainting involved.
Most customers finish a panel in under 10 minutes, even on their first attempt. If you can wash a car, you can apply this.
How long does it last?
With proper application and curing, results can last up to 2 years. Longevity depends on:
- Sun exposure
- Climate
- How often the vehicle is washed
In harsher environments, reapplication may be needed sooner — but unlike a respray, it can be reapplied at home without additional prep.
How does this compare to a respray?
A professional respray typically costs $2,000–$3,000+, requires downtime and permanently alters the vehicle.
Resurrection Serum restores the appearance of faded clear coat for a fraction of the cost, with:
- No sanding
- No repainting
- No tools
- No workshop time
It is not a structural paint replacement, but it delivers a dramatic visual improvement that makes faded panels look deep, darker and revived — without the commitment or expense of a respray.
How long before I can drive after application?
Allow the product to cure for 48 hours before driving the vehicle.
During this time, keep the surface dry and avoid washing or exposing it to rain and moisture. This lets the coating fully bond and achieve the best result.
Driving sooner can affect the final result — refer to the instructions for best results.
Can I damage my paint if I apply it wrong?
No — when used as directed, this product will not damage your paint.
If the product is under-applied or not cured properly, the most common outcome is an uneven appearance (streaks and haze) or reduced results, not permanent damage. In most cases it can simply be reapplied correctly, or polished off by a local detailer.
We always recommend testing a small, inconspicuous area first if you're unsure.
